A “tornado” has been spotted forming at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.

A video circulating on Instagram by @sgfollowsall shows a tornado-like formation in the clouds above Tanah Merah.
The “tornado” seen in the video is actually a waterspout, which is essentially similar to a tornado but is typically weaker.
But they can still cause a decent amount of damage though, they can still hurt or even kill you.
But there isn’t any cause for concern, because the waterspout dissipated not long after it was formed.
