Newly appointed Minister for Education Lawrence Wong, posted onto Instagram yesterday a touching tribute to his pet golden retriever of 16 years, Summer, who passed away.

The photo of Summer was posted prior to Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s announcement of the cabinet reshuffle.
Wong captioned: “After 16 years, baby Summer has crossed the rainbow bridge. Goodbye dear Summer. Thank you for bringing so much love and joy to our lives. We will miss u.”
