According to the Singapore Police Force, a 29-year-old Indonesian woman was arrested for allegedly dumping her newborn baby at a recycling bin.

The police found the baby at Tai Keng gardens on the 27 July 2020 at approximately 7.47 PM.
The police were able to uncover the suspect through ground investigations and reviewing of nearby CCTV footages. It is believed that the baby is newborn and the mother was arrested earlier today.
The woman will be in court tomorrow and liable for a charge of abandonment of a child under 12-years-old.
