A 20 year old man, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to three counts of sexual penetration of a minor and molestation. His deviant acts started when he was only 13 years old, when he molested his 9 year old cousin.
For the next 3 years, he repeatedly sodomized her and forced her to perform oral sex on him. The 9 year old girl was told to keep quiet about what he had done to her.
His actions only came to light when she thought she was pregnant and informed her teachers who then proceeded to make a police report.
The 20 year old man is currently waiting for enlistment into National Service and he has been offered a place in Nanyang Technological University.
His lawyer tried to pushed for probation as he showed good prospects in life and chances of rehabilitation.
The cousins now only interact with each other through greetings at family gatherings when there is close parental supervision.
