A 1-bedroom HDB flat was put for sale for $1.5 million this week, it is located at 64 Tiong Poh Road.

The unit for sale has 46 years left on its lease and is a ground floor unit with a “modern concept kitchen, a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a backyard space and a parking lot outside, according to ST Property.
The block is reportedly part of 20 low-rise residential properties built in the 1930s by the Singapore Improvement Trust (SIT).
The SIT flats are known to be artistic, with smooth curves, external spiral staircases and flat roofs.
There are also other flats with two-bedrooms and two-bathrooms going for at least $1.98 million in the same block.
