Facebook user Siau Li Chao is seeking a foster home for an obese cat that was abandoned by its previous owners.

The cat was left on the 8th floor of her block and is being fed by residents, but there were droppings left around and it came to the attention of the Town Council – as a result, rehoming is required or the cat would presumably be put down.
