From the video, the man was seen making a U-turn after noticing that there is a roadblock ahead of him. After seeing what happened, one of the traffic police on the scene decided to give the man a kick in an attempt to stop him from escaping.
The kick has sent the rider crashing onto the barrier by the side of the road.
