MOTORCYCLIST STRANDED, SO GRABFOOD RIDER “TUMPANG” HIM TO PETROL KIOSK AND BACK

Facebook user Ben Li shared an incident when his father’s motorcycle ran out of petrol somewhere in Woodlands on Friday (August 28).

He was stranded until a GrabFood rider gave him a lift to a nearby petrol kiosk, waiting patiently for him to fill up his jerry can with petrol before fetching him back to his bike.

Ben said that his father wanted to compensate the rider as a form of thanks but was rejected, the rider purportedly said “we have to help each other out”.
