According to the police media release, a 54-year-old man was arrested for his suspected involvement of outrage of modesty in Holland Avenue. On the 25 Aug 2020, the police were alerted after 2 women were molested while they were walking along Holland Avenue.

After investigation, the police managed to identify the identity of the man with the aid of the police CCTV. He was arrested the next day along Holland Avenue within 24 hours since the police report was made.
According to the law, anyone convicted of outrage of modesty could be jailed for up to 2 years, fine or caning or any combination of such punishment.
