An uncensored reader had shared her unpleasant experience that she encountered at a beauty salon located at Parklane Shopping Mall.
According to the reader, the professionalism of the staff is questionable after screwing up at their end. A few other victims had also come forward to further validate her statement.

I would like to thanks those that had msg me. As your sharing can prevent more victims from falling into their trap.
This is not about shaming, this is about not having a real professional and risking not only your lash but your eyes too.

Its never about her marketing strategy,
Its never about them using premade Lash,
IT’S ABOUT HER PROFESSIONALISM,
IT’S ABOUT HYGIENE,
IT’S ABOUT NOT GIVING PROPER LASH ISOLATE,
IT’S ABOUT USING MASKING TAPE,
IT’S ABOUT STEALING OTHERS WORK AND USE AS THEIR OWN,
IT’S ABOUT SPOILING PEOPLE LASHES.
Update 1: I’m glad that 2 of the victims manage to get a refund from Diva lash and nails but I will not text them and ask for a refund because it’s never about the amount of money I spend on them and this post is meant to create awareness so that there won’t be any more victims like me and the rest. Tyvm. Keep your sharing coming in, I will keep updating my post if there’s any new victim.

Update 3: Diva lash and nails texted me and claim that she is the owner and have gone down to the shop personally to investigate and she claims she needs more time to investigate and will take action to the staff that is in charge.
