According to the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS), Singapore is expected to rain heavily today (13 Sep). That was what exactly happened across the whole of Singapore between 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm as forecasted by the MSS. It is excepted to continue until 6.30 pm as per latest update by MSS

The rain was so heavy that the Public Utilities Board (PUB) had issued a flash flood warning earlier this afternoon. However, the flash flood will only happen if the heavy rain continues PUB said.
The MSS has previously confirmed that the heavy rain will persist in the first half of the September. This also means that heavy rain and cold weather are excepted in most of the area in Singapore.
However, the temperatures are expected to remain between 25°C and 33°C. Â
