A photo surfaced online from a disgruntled customer of Guardian who noticed that a salesgirl at Guardian wasn’t doing her job.

She wrote that the staff was watching videos on her phone and when approached by customers, she merely gestured them towards the direction of the product and went back to watching her video(s).
The incident purportedly happened at a Guardian outlet at Ang Mo Kio Hub.
