A video was recently uploaded on Twitter which showed a 14 year old boy jumping to his death in Hubei, China.

It is believed that his parents were called by the school after the student was caught playing cards in the classroom.
The mother then proceeded to beat and slap the boy in the face before leaving with a teacher. The student climbed over the ledge and jumped to his death when his mother left.
