Alaric Lim Qixian, 20, then a full time national serviceman pleaded guilty today (Sep 28) to handcuffing and blindfolding a 13 year old girl before molesting her in a handicapped toilet at Plaza Singapura last year.
It is believed that Lim met the girl at a cosplay event before contacting each other on Instagram. He told her that he was a photographer and asked her if she was interested in taking part in a photo shoot depicting BDSM. The girl did state that she did not want to be nude during the shoot.
Lim then offered to give her a trial run where he met her at a handicapped toilet in Plaza Singapura before bringing out a rope, blindfold and black leather handcuffs to restrain her. He then touched her under her shirt and licked her.
The attack lasted for 15minutes and the victim felt disgusted. She went home to shower before telling a mother, who made a police report the next day.
When Lim was arrested, another 2 upskirt videos were found on his phone which he recorded at Bukit Panjang MRT station in 2018.
The case is ongoing.
