A 74-year-old TCM physician is currently on trial for sexual assault after he asked a female patient to massage her private parts in front of him with lubricant before sucking her chest. he then proceeded to perform cupping and acupuncture for her.
The TCM physician, Lin Ya Ba faced 2 charges of sexual assault after committing his acts at his TCM clinic at 100 AM Mall, Tanjong Pagar. Lin pleaded not guilty to the charges as his 42-year-old female patient gave evidence in court.
It was believed that he told his patient that his acts he committed could improve blood circulation. Lin was believed to have asked his patient whether she was married and even told her to have s*x with her boyfriend more often so that her medical condition could improve.
