A picture that was posted recently on the Facebook page Singapore Eye showed a man who suffered an injury to his hand after ordering food delivery.

The man was believed to have ordered a canned soda, fried rice and hot soup which was delivered in the same plastic bag. When the man tried to open the soda, the can exploded which gave him a deep cut on his hand.
So why did the soda tank explode? It turns out that if the canned soda meets high temperature, the pressure in the can will rise, which may cause it explode automatically.
