INDIAN DOCTOR SCAMMED. BOUGHT ‘ALADDIN LAMP’ AT $41,600

An Indian doctor was recently scammed after he purchased an “Aladdin’s lamp” which he believed that would give him good health and fortune. The incident was believed to have happened in the Indian state of Uttar. Two men have been arrested in relationship to this case.

The men even brought a “holyman” to visit the doctor and during one of the visits from this “holyman”, a genie appeared and it was only after some time that the doctor realised that it was one of the accused had been dressing up as the genie all this time.

The doctor paid a down-payment of close to $41,600. The amount was negotiated from a hefty price of $200,000.

A police report was made and 2 men were arrested. Another female is currently still at large.
