A video was recently uploaded on the Instagram page sgroadaccidents which shows a dog being trapped in a car for several hours as the owner was nowhere to be scene. The incident was believed to have happened at Ang Mo Kio Ave 4.

passerbys had to call up the number of recreation club on the decal to get the owner down. poor dog was left in the vehicles with window shut tight for an hour

The dog was left there for an hr. And I only can get owner to come down by calling sg recreation club which his car screen has the sticker on it and ask them to call the driver to come down n retrieve his dog..
