A woman recently complained on the cabinets that she recently purchased for her daughter from a seller on Carousell. She even stated on how the cabinet doors could not close and the dimensions were wrong when she compared it to what was advertised in their postings on Carousell. The company also refused to refund the money.

I am not happy with this seller. I went to visit my daughter’s new house and saw this stupid wardrobe! Anyway I bought her a set of new wardrobe already but the old one as you see from the photos I provided is so wrong!
This Inn Design seller sell furnitures all over online like Carousel, Shopee and others. I see review like ok but I think again may the review is fake. I go Carousel to find the same design like my daughter’s one, it has been removed. So disgusting seller.
My daughter had to save money and due to covid her job is unstable so looking for cheaper solutions which is to go online. I untill now don’t shop online. Don’t buy then save money. Buy already heart pain and complaint. Cheap items no much heart pain, this wardrobe $618 so heart pain untill my daughter say untill tears dropping.
My girl, don’t mind cheap wood but at least can hang clothes and doors can close la, you see the photos! Angry, right! The seller give measurements also not correct, so obvious it is their fault posting wrong advertisement wordings. 为了赚钱很缺德
My daughter 1st time try out buying big item online but she forget this Inn Design, no company no UEN cannot complaint if anything happen. Inn Design is like a ghost company, anytime can disappear and of course to ignore you if things goes wrong.
Like this no company registration then Singapore no tax this Inn Design? Working people also need to pay tax every year then this company can free paying tax? Have accountant here then share your thoughts with me.
My girl show me she text to Inn Design but the seller only keep saying – Sorry no refund, sorry our fault, sorry we only sell online. Like that also can, so how many people will get cheater later on?
