A photo of a PMD being wheel clamped was recently shared by SGRV Facebook group. According to the post, the incident happened outside the A&E department of Khoo Teck Puah Hospital.

A notice was placed onto the PMD informing the rider that bike and PMDs are not allowed within the hospital compound. As bike and PMDs parking along the sidewalks are seen as an obstruction.
According to the spokesman of Khoo Teck Puah Hospital, they are able to resolve the issue with the rider and no penalty was incurred by the rider.
