A woman has shared thoughts of wanting to join a paid dating/rent a date site (Elitely SG) as a rented girlfriend to earn a living during the pandemic as she finds it hard to secure a job.
However, she hesitated because she just got together with her boyfriend who she feels that he is easily jealous and insecure. She mentioned that she even planned to tell the men she meets that she is attached.
She feels tempted as her close friend told her that she will get paid while not having to fork out a single cent for the dating expenses.

“I am a young, recently attached girl and came across this paid dating/rent a date site (Elitely SG). In this covid season, it has been extremely hard to secure a job as the number of applicants far surpasses job openings. I am thinking of joining but I am not sure if I should tell him. The paid dates are strictly platonic and the concept is not something new and has been replicated in other countries.
Although we got together only recently, he seems to be the type of man that is easily jealous/insecure. I am not sure if I should confide in him even though what I am planning to do does not involve any sleaze but I am only getting paid to go on platonic dates. I am even thinking of telling these men I meet that I am attached.
My close friend has already signed up, and she told me it is a completely open process where she goes on dates with other men (dinner, movies or cafe hopping). She gets paid for her time spent on top of the expenses during the date.”
