A couple, both aged 26, will be charged for the murder of their 11-year-old daughter tomorrow (12 Nov). The incident happened on 10 Nov 2020, the police were alerted to a case of unnatural death at 1.20 pm.

It was reported that the girl was sent to the hospital in an unconscious state earlier that day. She was later pronounced dead in the hospital at 12.40 pm.
After investigations, the couple were suspected to be involved in the death of the young girl. The woman is the biological mother while the man was the stepfather of the deceased.
Both will be charged under the offence of murder with a common intention which carries the death penalty.
