21 men and women from the Singapore cult church, Shincheonji Church of Jesus have been arrested for being members of an unlawful society which was reported by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

A total of 9 men aged between 22 and 31 years old and 12 women, aged between 21 and 49 years old were arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department.
The Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, is regarded a cult in many countries.
The church was founded by a South Korean national Lee Man-hee and he stated that all other churches and pastors belong to Satan.
