A 17-year-old teenager was reported to have made love to an underage girl in public places to make the girl ex-boyfriend jealous of him. The teenager pleaded guilty to two counts of sexually penetrating the girl who is 15 years old at that time.
Court documents revealed that on 13 Feb 2020, both teenagers met near Kallang Community Club at around 8 pm. The YP dated the girl with an intention to make her ex-boyfriend jealous.
Both later went to the community club to use the toilet. It was when the YP suggested her to use the male toilet as there was bidet spray. The girl agreed and entered the same cubicle where both made love.
The pair only left the toilet after they heard the sound of shutter rolling. The YP then asked the girl if she wants to continue to make love. They then proceed to a nearby block to continue to make love at a staircase landing after she agrees.
The incident was only found out after the girl told her school discipline master about it. The police were alerted and the girl was taken to KK Woman Hospital for a checkup.
The YP will return to court on 20 Nov 2020 for sentencing.
