A video was recently uploaded on SGRV Facebook page showing LTA law enforcer smoking illegally under the void deck.

The man was seen taking off his polo T-shirt after he was done smoking. He then proceeds to issue fine to 2 different delivery man who was making their delivery. In the video, a food delivery man was heard arguing with him asking him why did he take a photo of his bike despite parking it in the carpark.
Another man who parked at the loading bay to make a large item delivery was also fined. The law enforcer was heard saying that no one is allowed to park more than 15 minutes at the loading bay.
