A video has emerged on social media showing a woman standing in the middle of the road while it was raining cats and dogs.

It incident happened at a junction along Beach Road on last Friday (04 Dec) at around 4.45 pm. From the video, the woman was seen holding a photo on her hand showing it to road users who had passed by her.
Police were later spotted on the scene to assist her but she was seen struggling and she tried to break free.
The woman was later arrested by the police under the Mental Healthcare Act as she was dangering the safety of herself and the safety of others.
