A video was recently uploaded to sgfollowsall Instagram group showing a cat lying motionlessly on a grass patch in front of a HDB block.

According to the post, an unknown person threw a cat down from a HDB block located at Block 684A Choa Chu Kang Crescent. It was said that a loud sound was heard before a cat was spotted on the grass patch. A police report was lodged in regards to the matter.
