
M1 has once against apologized to all customers after their fibre broadband went down on Monday (Dec 21).

This is the 2nd fibre broadband outage in a month and the outage affected customers who were staying in Woodlands, Yishun, Pasir Ris, Thiong Bahru and Hougang.
M1 apologized through their Facebook and stated : “We are aware that some customers may have experienced intermittent difficulties accessing fibre broadband services earlier.”
M1 has stated that the issue has been resolved and that all customers should not remove their cables on their router devices and optical network terminals.
