A video was recently uploaded to Sgfollowsall Instagram group showing a woman shouting at a staff member after she was denied entry.

It is believed that the incident happened at HDB hub as the woman was heard shouting “This is HDB”. It seems like she was there to make a submission but she was denied entry as she did not book an e-appointment.
