Phase 3 has finally started as of today (28th Dec) and social gatherings of a maximum capacity of 8 people are allowed.

This would also include households and they too will be able to receive up to eight people.
Other changes would also include :
- Sports activities involving eight people will now be allowed
- Stores and malls will increase capacity from 10sqm per person to 8sqm per person
- Various attractions will increase operating capacity from 50% to 65%
- Places of worship will allow services to up to 250 people
- Indoor live performances of up to 250 persons in zones of 50 persons each will be allowed.
The TraceTogether app or token will be implemented as the exclusive mode of entry starting early next year.
