A video was recently posted on the Facebook page SGRV which shows a cyclist swinging a chained metal object while cycling.

The cyclist would start to swing the metal looking objects when vehicles get near him. The cyclist was seen riding handsfree towards the ECP with no regard to fellow road users.
When sensing cars are nearer around him, cyclist threw out a what look like a yo-yo to scare drivers as it seems would damage their cars.
