SELECTED KTV OUTLETS NO NEED COVID-19 TEST, BUT MAX 2 PAX

According to a media release, some Karaoke outlets will be allowed to open and customers need not take a COVID-19 test. This is as part of a trial by the Ministry of Home Affairs(MHA).

Although some of the outlets are allowed to open there will be a rule of a maximum of 2 pax and no sale of liquor or liquor consumption.

Since 26 March 2020, KTV outlets have remained closed till 6 November 2020 which requires customers to be tested negative before and a minimum of up to 24 hours before patronizing the KTV outlets.

Karaoke operations will have to seek approval and each of the outlets will only be approved on a case by case basis.
