A video was recently uploaded to SGRV Facebook page showing a cyclist riding on the Ayer Rajah Expressway.

The incident was said to have happened on 10 Jan 2021 at 11.45 am. From the video, the cyclist was seen cycling on the road shoulder and it was extremely dangerous as it was raining heavily at the time.
