A video was recently uploaded on the Facebook page Tiagong which shows a woman wearing NTUC plastic bags as clothes before dancing.

The clothes consisted of a skirt and a top and one would be shocked that someone could actually recycle the bags to turn it into clothing. She then proceeded to dance before the camera.
