An 18-year-old teenager has been arrested for his suspected involvement in a case of negligent act and causing hurt to others.

It was reported that the teenager has hit an 8-year-old girl when cycling on a footpath. The incident was said to have happened on 15 Jan 2021 around 2.20 pm along Bukit Batok Street 52.
The Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF) was alerted to the incident and one person was conveyed to the hospital for treatment. Investigations are currently ongoing.
For his offence, the teenager could be jailed up to two years and fine.
