A video was recently uploaded onto the Facebook page Roads.sg which shows a confrontation between a Cisco officer and a driver. Facebook user Kim Alesya stated on how the Cisco officer allegedly asked a coffeeshop patron to fight and said that the officer told them that he will come down everyday to the coffeeshop to summon all the patrons.

I saw that from far he hide behind opposite road car to take pictures of cars to summon
The patrons that was eating at the coffeeshop nearby called out to him “bro the driver of the cars are cmg now”He dont care. Straight away take pic and i think issue summon
Then i think he not happy that the patrons help the drivers so he ask one random patron to fight
Not happy come down. Then he said “i will come everyday to summon all of you”. I didnt get that on camera because my car already kene summon when i was still in the car itself driving off. I only got this part
Btw i wasnt parked i was dropping something off. Lile drop n go.
Point of this post is i fault the drivers for parking illegally. But as a gov officer, how can u challenge a random patron to come down fight?
