BEE CHENG HIANG BAK KWA AT JEM OUTLET INCLUDES METAL WIRE IN IT

On 30 January 2021, a customer was buying some Bak Kwa from Bee Cheng Hiang for her daughter.

After buying the food item, he went on and fed one piece to her daughter. Upon eating it, he realized that there is a small metal wire on the Bak Kwa.

Later he went to email the company asking for an explanation for the incident but was not get back to.

Here is his story,

“Bought 2kg of Bak kwa @ Bee Cheng Hiang @ Jem outlet on 30th jan.Yesterday my daughter took out one piece and eat, end out found one metal wire in her mouth. Extra ingredients. Email them but never bother to reply. What a great customer service they have.”
