On 30 January 2021, the driver was driving pass Canberra Link at about 2245hrs when he saw a pedestrian walking.

The pedestrian was crossing the road when it was a visible red light in his direction. The driver of the vehicle has to do an emergency brake and a sharp left turn to change lanes just to avoid him.
The pedestrian almost caused a fatal accident not only for the driver but for himself too.
