According to Facebook page SG Chinese Community, a Police tent was spotted along cantonment road which is typically used to cover remains.

The post stated that the incident happened yesterday afternoon at Cantonment Road and it is unclear if the broken window above is related to the case.
The Police on the scene has sealed the area and the case has been classified as unnatural death.
