A video was recently uploaded on the Instagram page yoursgkaren which shows a kid playing at the aircon ledge of a HDB residential building.

The kid most probably climbed out the window before he tried to climb over the ledge. One could wonder how his parents could leave the kid without any supervision to do something that dangerous.
