
Facebook user Serene Vann Chua recently posted on Facebook to show her frustration due to a furniture company’s bad service. She stated on how the furniture company delayed their promised delivery time by close to 7 hours and they only delivered the items at 2am in the morning. It was believed that the delivery person failed to apologize and even raised his voice to the customer.

The worst company title should go to you Nova Furnishing Pte Ltd I’ve never EVER had a delivery at almost 2AM! 2AM midnight!!Like I said, it’s already almost 2AM, they made so much noise outside my house till my neighbor starts opening the door to check any commotion outside??? Hey hello, do you God damn know what time you arrived?

Ok, back to the story.
We ordered a sofa and shoe cabinet from you. Shoe cabinet arrived as time stated but you made us wait 7 HOURS for the sofa. Yes 7 HOURS, FROM 6PM TO ALMOST 2AM IN THE MORNING! I know u said for sofas, u outsourced from other delivery companies but please do a better job in sourcing for delivery companies.
Called me 2 times keep changing delivery time, saying “will be late” “will be late” from “delivery from 6pm-9pm” to “delivery from 9pm to 11pm” but in the end came at 2am in the morning. Dont bother to call us after 11pm saying will be late. Called us more than 1 hour later while we sitting there waiting. Please have some sense of responsibilities. So if you were to deliver my sofa at 5AM, I must wait for you too?
IF YOU CAN’T FULFILL YOUR PROMISE, THEN DONT JOLLY MAKE A PROMISE AND MAKE US WAIT LIKE IDIOTS AND NOT BOTHERING TO GIVE US A CALL, YOU BLOODY HELL CALLED US BACK AFTER ONE GOD DAMN HOUR! So what if is a weekend? We don’t need to sleep? There are 2 phone numbers on the invoice for you to call, but u chose not to. Totally unprofessional.
When the delivery person called again at 12.07am saying need another 45mins to come, i asked “why cant call earlier? We have been waiting since 6pm”, I took leave to stay home waiting for them for 7 HOURS!! Not only did the delivery person failed to apologise, still raised his voice at me in the phone. I understand earlier on they said their vehicle break down, thus need longer time to deliver. But does that need additional 4.5 hours????? Please tell me if you find any of these legit! We paid money for these things of course we expect some professionalism from you people! Also, please remind your delivery personnels to be more professional. Raising their voices at customers when I’m talking to them NICELY in the first place. Do you think something is very wrong here?
For sure, I won’t be spending my money here with your establishment again.
