A foreign worker took to Facebook to share the harrowing conditions of his dormitory that he is forced to live in.
He wrote that 1 room has about 6 beds for 12 people.
He wrote that it is almost impossible to keep a 1m safe-distance in such cramped conditions, and that all his roommates tested positive for Covid-19 except for him.
He shared that his company put him in a place like this to live in; and that he requested to stay outside, he doesn’t mind paying the rent himself but his company refuses to allow him to do so.
He is appealing to the Singapore government for help because his company doesn’t seem to be able to control the Covid-19 situation at his dormitory.
