TAMPINES STABBING CASE: MAN ACCUSED OF MURDERING WIFE HAS ALL CHARGES REMOVED

The deceased man who is being accused of fatally stabbing his wife in Tampines, had both his charges formally removed by the district court on 16 February.

Because under the Criminal Procedure Code, an abatement of every charge or criminal proceeding against an accused must be ordered upon his death.

Both the suspect and alleged victim have since passed away.
