YOUNG PUNKS IN GROUP OF 10, CONDUCT “LAST PARADE” OUTSIDE CATHAY

A group of 10 guys, who are presumably NSFs, gathered in a group of 10, more than the permissable limit of 8 per group.

They were gathered at the entrance of what seemed to be The Cathay, where the guys were conducting their “last parade”.

A “last parade” is a daily ceremony conducted in Singaporean army camps, where the entire company falls in and reports their “strength” (number of people present) to their superiors, to account for any missing soldiers.

It is unclear if these guys are still NSFs and if so, what units they are from.
