A video surfaced online showing a speeding car swerving to avoid rear-ending a motorcycle who stopped for a red light.

The speeding car then beats the red light and speeds off.
The camcar said that he saw the driver of the speeding car using his mobile phone while driving.
Thankfully the pedestrians have yet to start crossing and nobody got hurt in this fiasco.
