Restaurant owner of Zam Zam, paid gangsters money for a job. A job to slash his business rival’s face.
Zackee Abbass Khan is the owner of the famous murtabak stall at North Bridge Road. After having a dispute with another Murtabak restaurant nearby. He decided to pay $2000 to his business partner Anwer Ambiya Kadir Maideen who is not only a member but also a headman of Sio Ang Koon. Sio Ang Koon is another secret society in Singapore.
He told him to slash the face of the rival owner. Joshua Navindran Surainthiran was activated to do the slashing.
The victim of the incident was left with a permanent scar.
