Three unlicensed massage establishments were detected by the police during an enforcement operation conducted on 25 February, along Upper Serangoon Road and Hougang Street 21.

Another licensed massage parlour was caught providing vice-related activities by officers from Ang Mo Kio police division.
At the time of writing, police investigations are still ongoing.
The police also added that they will take actions against landlords who lease their premises to unlicensed operators knowingly.
