On 24 February 2021, he was cleared of all charges when the court found testimonies from victims being inconsistent.

The alleged victims were 16 and 17 years-old secondary school classmates at that point in time when the alleged incident happened.

There are a few cases reported:

  • The 16 years-old was making drinks when he allegedly grabbed and squeeze her buttocks
  • He had asked her(16) to make a drink and allegedly slapped and grab her buttocks after tasting the drink
  • He offered to do a back relieving method on her(16) when she said she was having back pain and continued putting his arm around her when the girl pushed him away.
  • He had also called her(16) baby in the phone text
  • The girl (17) had her buttock allegedly brushed by the owner 5 times on separate occasions.

The two girls have then resigned and made a report to the police in November 2017.

The owner’s lawyer has said that the date she reported the alleged molestation case was her off day at work.

The girl then stated that she may have been confused with the dates.

The lawyer then accused her of fabricating stories with her friends to get the owner in trouble due to a salary dispute.
