Pets like cats and dogs are often considered common and popular in Singapore and around many parts of the world. However, Singapore’s law has many restrictions on the types of pets that are allowed in Singapore.

Failing to comply will result in a fine of up to S$4,000!
How about cats?

Similarly, for cats, the fine is up to S$4,000. Well, the reasons seem absurd as not only dogs roam and pee everywhere and shed fur as well, dog bark and a much higher volume making more noises than cats.
Looks like we have to stay in private properties to have multiple cats and dogs. Keep a pet is a luxury.
