A secondary school girl took to social media to share how she was sexually harassed by a group of workers inside a lorry.
She wrote that she was wearing medium long shorts and a big school shirt and she was at Rivervale Plaza around 3.49pm.
There was a truck parked below block 123 with “workers” inside it.
She was walking past when the people inside the truck started catcalling her.
She added that these adults were between the ages of 25 to 50 (estimated) and they were waving at her, smiling and whistling as she was carrying heavy groceries on her way home.
She wrote that she was very vulnerable as it was also raining as well, so she started to speed walk away when she saw a man take out his phone to record her.
Moments later, one of the workers was seen walking behind her.
She said that she reached home safe and sound but she is still rattled by the incident and is still wary of the men who catcalled and followed her.
